South Africa faces a significant challenge with youth unemployment. The YES Programme tackles this issue head-on by providing unemployed youth with valuable on-the-job training. Peo Prime partners with the YES4Youth Programme to place these promising candidates within your company for a 12-month period.

Eligible youth
The employer requirements will be taken into account in the recruitment of the YES youth. Below requirements are set by YES organisation.
- Highest qualification – Matric/Grade 12
- Must be between the ages 18 – 29 years old
- Must be completely unemployed
- Must be South African citizen
- Will not be enrolled in academic studies for the duration of the YES programme
- Has not participated in another YES programme with another company before.
- No prior experience required
