Peo Prime is a 100% female-owned entity, offering workplace readiness programmes & business basic skills programmes to the unemployed, and ultimately connecting the unemployed with corporates and businesses who may have opportunities for employment. It is our intention to contribute in a positive way towards chipping away at the rate of unemployment in the country.

We aspire to capacitate individuals to realize their full potential, through contemporary methodologies that creates opportunities for meaningful employment or successful entrepreneurship.

We are on a mission to empower & upskill the unemployed by offering initiatives designed for new venture creation or employability, thereby fostering economic growth and social well-being.
MOTIVATING STATEMENT
The rate of unemployment in South Africa, affecting both youth and adults, is in an alarming state.
The ripple effects of this have motivated us a Peo Prime, to actively contribute towards reducing the rate of unemployment by offering support to the unemployed that will make them more attractive for employers. We will train the unemployed and prepare them to assume positions in work environments. We will create a launchpad to bridge the gap between those looking for work, and those who want to invest in talent by leveraging our contacts and networks in the public and private sectors.
We are confident that the collective experience we have amassed in our respective areas of expertise as a team, will allow us to contribute positively to towards national challenge.
